Happy Fourth of July!
U.S. President Joe Biden announced on May 4, 2021 that his goal was for 70% of American adults to receive at least one injection by July 4, 2021. He came up just short, with 66.7% receiving injections by last Independence Day, if you believe the CDC data.
The 70% goal was reached on August 2, 2021, according to CNBC. And the perpetually-moving goalposts commenced from there as well. An FDA official said of the milestone, “we need to have 80% of the population vaccinated.” But the government is just guessing about the true vaccination rates anyway.
Our World in Data, which is prioritized as a top result in Google searches, says the U.S. hit 70% vaccination on November 20, 2021.
It’s unclear if the above data include all Americans, adults or what. Our World says 79% of Americans have received at least one shot as of June 28, 2022. All of these numbers must be taken with a grain of salt, just like a lot of what we’ve been taught throughout our lives.
Approximately 25% of The COVID Blog™ readers are from somewhere other than the United States. So before we get into the meat of this article, a little background on this American holiday today is warranted, particularly in how it relates to vaccines and freedom overall.
July 4th, the Declaration of Independence, and Organic Law
Independence Day, aka The Fourth of July, became a federally-recognized holiday via H.R. 2224 in 1870. It became a paid federal holiday in 1938. The holiday originates from the signing date of the U.S. Declaration of Independence by 56 delegates of the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776.
The Declaration is often cited in U.S. Supreme Court decisions. But it is not a legally-binding document. It is an “organic law” in the U.S., along with, among others, the Articles of Confederation, the Northwest Ordinance of 1787, and the Constitution of 1787. Basically these are foundational promises that the U.S. government is expected to uphold without codification.
Once such promise was recently cited by the Supreme Court. The case of Worcester v. Georgia, 6 Pet. 515, 561 (1832) established that Native American lands are sovereign. U.S. states may not interfere with their governmental and otherwise affairs. Only Indian authorities and the federal courts in certain instances may do so. But a very strange game of judicial volleyball over the past two years muddied Worcester and nearly 200 years of tradition.
A 2020 Supreme Court decision in McGirt v. Oklahoma, 591 U. S. ___ (2020), ruled that all of eastern Oklahoma, including most of Tulsa, is “Indian country.” Thus Oklahoma state prosecutors lacked jurisdiction to prosecute crimes there. Somehow this decision, which fundamentally changed the geography of a U.S. state, mostly stayed under the mainstream media radar.

A non-Indian man named Victor Manuel Castro-Huerta committed a crime (child neglect) against his Cherokee Indian stepdaughter in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2015. State prosecutors charged and convicted Castro-Huerta, and sentenced him to 35 years in prison.
The Oklahoma Court of Appeals vacated the conviction, citing the McGirt decision and the aforementioned organic law. The court reasoned that Oklahoma lacked jurisdiction to prosecute Castro-Huerta. The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision last week, reversed the Oklahoma Court of Appeals decisions, ruling that “the Federal Government and the State have concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute crimes committed by non-Indians against Indians in Indian country.”
Justice Neil Gorsuch, joined by the three liberal justices, wrote the dissent. He said the Court violated a 200-year-old “foundational rule” and reneged on a “federal government promise[].” In other words, he said the Court violated organic law.
Vaccine mandates and organic law
The Preamble is perhaps the most commonly cited section of the Declaration of Independence by Supreme Court justices in their opinions:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.“
But this very basic and famous sentence has been criticized from the very beginning, particularly “all men are created equal.”
The original draft of the Declaration criticized the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. But that sentence was removed before the final draft was signed and published, according to the 2007 book The Declaration of Independence: a global history by Harvard professor Dr. David Armitage. Long before that, British author and abolitionist Thomas Day criticized Thomas Jefferson and other signers of the document in a 1776 letter:
“If there be an object truly ridiculous in nature, it is an American patriot, signing resolutions of independency with the one hand, and with the other brandishing a whip over his affrighted slaves.”
Thomas Day also adopted two girls to groom them for marriage, a la Woody Allen. So take that all for what you will. The Declaration also excludes women entirely. The “life and liberty” part was codified in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. “The pursuit of happiness” part was eliminated.

Today, the Preamble is oft-repeated by people unwilling to receive experimental injections in exchange for jobs, “life and liberty.” The Fourth of July is supposed to be a celebration of American freedom, of the unwillingness to bow down to a British king 3,700 miles across the pond. But there have always been “sheep” if you will.
Many, if not most Americans, wished to remain under British control and taxation without representation. Those people were to vaxx zealots today, as critical thinkers and fighters are to Samuel Adams, Crispus Attucks, etc.
Regardless, if there is another U.S. Civil War as a result of today’s vaccine monarchy, the only winners will be the banksters and billionaires. Further, at least 60% of Americans chose to receive experimental injections, and/or chose to obey ultimatums by the pharmaceutical monarchy. Technically those choices, despite coercion for some, represent the freedom many Americans are celebrating on this day.
The three subjects of this article chose to obey the vaccine monarchy. One of them paid with dignity, while the other two paid with life, liberty and pursuits of happiness.
Mask zealot’s embarrassing mistake
Paging James Heilman and Laura Miers. Vaxx zealotry is a common theme on this blog. Typically vaxx zealots are also mask zealots. But mask zealotry is morphing into a strange combination of attention-seeking psychosis and advanced-stage hypochondria.
Mr. Kalaya’an Mendoza is a self-described “queer Filipino” who prefers the pronouns they/them. He is based in New York. It’s unclear what he does for a living. But Mr. Mendoza is an activist for Asian American causes. It’s of course no surprise that Mr. Mendoza is tripled-vaxxed.
His viral photo aboard an airplane on July 1 represents an apparent growing trend in the mask and vaxx zealot communities.
The photo garnered over 60,000 “likes.” Mr. Mendoza then re-tweeted several other people wearing their hazmat-looking masks in public, apparently for validation.
He even posted a link for others to buy and wear one of these things in public (they cost $300). The photo drew several comical replies. But one in particular forced Mr. Mendoza to respond.
Later that day, Mr. Mendoza announced that he is taking a break from social media through July 11. He said the break is necessary because of exhaustion. But he’s still human. Embarrassment may be part of it as well.
Danny Bonaduce “mystery illness”
Most Americans over age 60 know Mr. Danny Bonaduce as Danny Partridge from the musical sitcom The Partridge Family.
The show ran from 1970 to 1974. Mr. Bonaduce was 15 years old when the show ended. And like many other child actors, he’s had his ups-and-downs since that time. Mr. Bonaduce was arrested in 1991 for beating up and robbing a transvestite prostitute. He battled drug and alcohol addiction for years, leading to homelessness and stints in re-hab.
Mr. Bonaduce once said Jane Fonda should be shot and killed for treason. He also called for the hanging of Rosie O’Donnell. Mr. Bonaduce has also participated in several celebrity boxing matches.
Mr. Bonaduce has worked in radio broadcasting off and on since the 1980s. He’s worked at 102.5 KZOK in Seattle since 2011. But Mr. Bonaduce announced via Instagram on April 29 that he was taking a medical leave of absence from the show.
He did not elaborate as to the exact issue. Two months later, Mr. Bonaduce posted an update on Instagram, saying he would return to his show on June 27 despite his brain “still being a little fuzzy.” He finally shared details of his “mystery illness” on Good Morning America on June 27. Mr. Bonaduce said he couldn’t walk, talk, or even stand up without a cane for several weeks. He also suffered memory loss. Doctors said it wasn’t a stroke. But they provided no alternative diagnosis.

Of course none of the Good Morning America people bothered mentioning Mr. Bonaduce’s March 31, 2021 tweet.
Mr. Bonaduce also refuses to put two and two together, despite several people commenting on his Instagram and Twitter posts describing their own similar post-injection adverse reactions.
As we’ve pointed out previously, denial is the most common and apparently effective coping mechanism for the vaxx injured. Mr. Bonaduce, based on other stories we’ve covered, likely is suffering some sort of post-injection prions disease.
Canadian comedian Nick Nemeroff goes out virtue signaling
Mr. Nick Nemeroff was a 32-year-old Canadian comedian. He made several appearances on the Conan O’Brien show. But he is best known for his comedy album The Pursuit of Comedy has Ruined my Life. It was nominated for a Juno award (“Canadian Grammy”) in 2021. Whether it was to advance his career or represented his sincerely-held beliefs, Mr. Nemeroff will be remembered for his strange obsession with “vaccines.”
It started in December 2020 with a tweet about human feces and the mRNA injections.
He received his first injection on or around February 5, 2021. He tweeted that day, “but [I] honestly do not recommend getting it and wish I could take it back.” Based on the totality of his tweets, the foregoing was sarcasm and not his genuine position.
Several more tweets straddled the line of vaxx zealotry and comedy.
Mr. Nemeroff tweeted a short video on August 22, 2021 saying “I will not get the third shot.”
Again it was likely sarcasm, because he tweeted the following on December 23, 2021.
Mr. Nemeroff passed away on June 27. His manager, Morgan Flood, told CBC/Radio-Canada that Mr. Nemeroff “died in his sleep.” Other than dying while playing sports or doing other strenuous activities, dying in your sleep is the most common way vaxxed people are dying during this global genocide.
“Give me liberty AND give me death”
Mr. Patrick Henry was the first governor of Virginia and the sixth governor of Virginia. He is best known for the phrase “give me liberty, or give me death” at the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775. It essentially meant that he and his loyalists would rather die than cede liberty and freedom to the British Empire. Today the coordinating conjunction in the middle of that phrase has changed for vaxx zealots.
This blogger, again, continues feeling sorry for vaxxed people. All the denial in the world isn’t going to stop the anxiety, knowing that they could be the next “sudden and unexpected” death at any moment. Many and perhaps most vaxxed people willingly and even eagerly rolled up their sleeves. Others faced coercion and ultimatums. But life is all about principle.
Muhammad Ali is one of this blogger’s favorite people of all time. He went to jail and lost his privilege to box for huge money, in front of huge crowds, because he refused to fight a useless war that only benefits banksters and billionaires. Yes, he was a great boxer. But Muhammad Ali was and is loved by hundreds of millions of people across the globe because he lived by uncompromising truth.
Most vaxxed people equated their “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness” to the injections. All that did was help the powers-that-be facilitate this deliberate, malevolent global genocide.
It’s too late for most Americans to re-evaluate what freedom and liberty means to them. But to all the critical thinkers with all-natural DNA and mRNA in their blood on this July 4, 2022, have a beer, a coffee, a tea, or whatever you enjoy to celebrate your disciplined, principled selves despite maximum adversity.

I stopped watching TV years ago, so when I see these programs, I can see through the propaganda and psychological manipulation. 2 of my senior age retired clients have expressed they are scared. Many of us know why. Then my dad always says stuff such as, bad things have been happening for a long time….he’s got the impression things are going to bounce back. I don’t suggest adding fuel to any fire tho.
Oh, Annie, I hear you! I worked retail in the Northeast until I could not take it anymore! I got myself fired because everyone including co-workers tried to get me fired for not wearing a mask! Never mind the shots! A couple came in with a newborn, masked and insisted I wear one. So I did, and I coughed in the mask because I couldn’t breath and they went running for the door! Why do you take a NEWBORN out into a so, so scary dangerous pandemic to shop?! If it’s so, so bad, stay home! And then they complain about me to my boss!
I don’t care what happens to these people. Although I would love to leave the Northeast, we stay because a relative has cancer, and it has held us up and much, much more serious than this BS.
I am west of Philadelphia in the suburbs. Trust me I get it. The best and brightest do not live here. They are still wearing masks to jog etc. Entire families too. I agree, if this is such a deadly plague, why go out to get ice cream, shop or jog. Someone will deliver it to you. I am torn between laughing, screaming, indifference and wanting to get in their face. So my go to response is to cough a couple of times and watch them freak. ? Yeah. I never said I was 100% mature. I didn’t think I would make it home in one piece after being scolded in a grocery store by a mask wearing demon who thought I had jumped ahead of 2 darker girls when I looked to see who was in line behind her and there wasn’t anyone (they weren’t paying attention because their faces were buried in their phones), getting cut off while driving two times and just their sheer self-centerness of so many people.

That Muhammad Ali video…wow. That sent chills up and down my spine. What a great man. I’m in my early 30s so I never knew this side of him. Everyone’s heard of Muhammad Ali and knows he was a great boxer. But I didn’t know anything about this. People whining today about being “forced” to get vaccines to keep their $20/hr job when this man gave up everything on principle. I’ll be watching more Ali videos tonight just to see and learn more.

My sister is younger than me and had three shots. After this she already went into early menopause. I am older and have not, but I had some issues when I used to work around vaxxed people. She looks completely different, stopped teaching exercise class, gained a lot of weight, and has the look of someone taking steroids. She also convinced my mother to get three shots. I told my mother if she gets a fourth I won’t be able to be around her again because I react to the spike proteins. Supposedly my sister is trying to push her to get another one! So far my mother is listening to me, but I’m afraid the damage has already been done! My mother tells me every day that she can’t eat anymore and has no appetite.
My mother is 93 and since her last shot she has aged quickly. Now complaining on lower leg weakness/sudden paralysis. She is ninety-plus so it could be that. I know something has aged her quickly.
My triple jabbed brother n law has a rapidly growing tumor that doubled in size in just a week. As of last Thursday it is 14cm. It started in his left shoulder blade area and now is under his arm. The doctors said it is a mass and needs to be removed. They will do a biopsy once it’s out. My sister and him got all they’re shots at the same time. I’m scared for both of them. There’s no use trying to make her see the connection to the jabs, it would just cause an argument between us.
A lot of these things labeled “tumors” are cysts/egg sacs of parasites that can be in lymph nodes and on organs such as kidneys (that allopathic MDs and some NDs never identify as -as radiologists/inf. Drs are taught to gaslight patients with parasites with usually false neg stool results-little to no training on parasites/identifying/treating-esp. chronic heavy loads)-usually the larger roundworm type..they travel throughout the body -stealthily usually until you actively start on purpose or accidently fighting/killing them w/certain supplements/healing methods/foods.
The evil ones been putting in weaponized parasite microscopic encapsulated eggs along with weaponized fungus/bacteria for a long time no win vaccines and spraying them on us in AI Bio Chem trails in our skies -this one more widespread…perhaps worse. And certain people targeted always (in past and now) for being the lab rats for these AI/Bio and Bio weapon hideous parasitic hard to kill/purge demonic evil manifested creatures that only destroy your body-burrowing holes through muscle tissue/organs/stealing nutrients-causing almost all chronic illnesses/”disease” along with toxins/poisons.
Keeping your body in an alkaline pH (can test urine with pH tape), around 7.3 to 7.4 will keep all of this at bay. Using daily a 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of baking soda (not powder) will facilitate this if you are in an acidic state. And of the graphene ad nauseum which is in our food supply, water, skies, etc. can be affecting non-jabbed people, unless it is rendered useless by an alkaline interstidium. Also, using bentonite/montmorrillonite (French) clay will help to adsorb/absorb the noxious items used to poison and sicken people. These strategies can also be used by vaxxed people to help detoxify.
Update. My brother n law got a referral from his doctor and had a doctors appointment last Thursday with a surgeon at a neighboring hospital, but when he got there it was with a nurse practitioner and she wanted to do a biopsy. She said their hospital currently did not have a surgeon, but a new one was set to start working there in September. Basically she was going to hehaw around waiting on results while the tumor continued to grow. Supposedly they got a referral from her for an actual Surgeon in another state and will go meet with him this week. To me, it feels like they are dragging their feet, collecting medical payments for “office visits” while being negligent to his urgent medical situation.
That’s what my mother says too. She’s 76 and has lost 20 pounds in already thin frame. Says she feels nauseous all the time. All started after the booster.
Geesh .. Bonaduce looks eighty years old with that cane. It’s a new look from the usual cocky swag, cigarette dangling from his mouth-look. When looking at Danny Bonaduce your looking less at a victim of a vaxx and more of a victim of child abuse from an angry father, drug and alcohol addiction and on-and-off homelessness. The 4th of July was not so happy on the Oregon coast. At a beach-side RV park, a man passed out behind the wheel and struck three people, killing a young mother and sending two other people to the hospital. It was reported that two RV were demolished, many were damaged along with picnic tables and camping gear. So far, the small plane pilots are killing themselves, but the vaxed drivers are taking out many more.
I live in the mountains and to get to my house you must drive along a small 2 lane road. It used to be rare that someone would drift into my lane and I’d have to swerve. But this is now almost a daily occurrence. In general there seems to be an increase in
the number of stupid and dangerous things people are doing while driving.
My theory is this is a result of brain fog caused by the vax. There is evidence that the spike proteins cause micro clots all over the body and the brain will be no exception.
This is why I’ve stopped taking the back roads into town. They’re far more scenic, but getting more and more dangerous. At least on the main highway I have enough room to pull over to another lane OR drive into some business parking lot to avoid getting hit. The last two times I’ve been on the back roads I’ve almost been hit by people driving really fast. They have that dead pan blank stare, like an automaton.
My first thought was, “How embarrassing to wear that ridiculous tee-shirt; who would do that?” THEN I saw the mask pictures. Good Lord. The world has gone mad.
My brother-in-law, my wife’s elder brother passed away in his sleep 4 days ago, soon after getting his 4th booster shot. While he wasn’t in the same league as most of the “Covid Cultists” that feature in this blog, he certainly did a lot of virtue signalling among the family. The family became split into vaxxed and unvaxxed camps, neither talking to the others, except for the vaxxed continually haranguing us for being “selfish” and somehow being a danger to everybody. In the meantime, all of them are continually sick and get repeat illnesses which they believe are Covid. My wife and her younger sister from a family of 10 children (8 remaining) are the only family members that didn’t take the toxin shot. She has always had my total support. AND …. we don’t get sick.
Did anyone else catch that Danny was double masked? Ha! Maybe it’s time for Danny to stop boxing and start taking college classes.
It must be exhausting to be afraid of oxygen. The one thing that every cell in your body needs and these crazies are trying to eliminate it completely from their lives.
Danny Bonaduce looks like a frail old man now. The death jab is doing all kinds of weird things to people. I felt like something was wrong with all of this from the beginning. Race, religion, age (generation gap), gender, sexual orientation, vaccine status (all vaccines, not just the new one), and now, even what it means to be human. ugh it’s exhausting, but like you always say, we need to stay vigilant and strong. It boggles my mind how so many people that are injured by the jabs cannot seem to admit to themselves that they are wrong. I guess that kind of cognitive dissonance is too much for them.
