UPDATE Thursday, May 12, 2022 (9:31 p.m. Pacific) – Dr. James Heilman re-emerges on Twitter, and shouts out “anti-vax folks.”
He provided no update on this condition.

BRITISH COLUMBIA — A 42-year-old emergency room doctor and university professor is absent from Twitter after reporting health issues. Meanwhile he confirmed a well-known fact about Wikipedia and its blatant bias.
Dr. James Heilman is a clinical assistant professor at the University of British Columbia Department of Emergency Medicine. His profile also says he’s affiliated with East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Dr. Heilman is also deeply involved with Wikipedia. His user name on the platform is “Doc James” and dates back to 2008.
He was apparently a former Wikimedia Foundation Trustee. But the board voted for his removal in 2015 for whatever reason. Wikipedia is still a big part of his life. He is the founder of something called WikiProject Medicine. It was once reported by KQED in San Francisco that Dr. Heilman works 60 hours per week on Wikipedia.
In a matter of full disclosure, this blogger was banned from Wikipedia as an editor in 2012 after being accused of “anti-semitism.” Note “operationnation” is also the name of another web property owned by this blogger. The edits that led to the ban were on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion Wikipedia page. Said page is now locked, and only the “Wiki-Jews” if you will, are allowed to edit the article.
That all said, Dr. Heilman seems far more interested in Wikipedia than being a doctor. His Twitter profile says “ER Doc,” followed by a bunch of Wikipedia references. He also has a Ukraine flag in his profile, despite being Canadian.
His entire purpose in life right now is presenting all mainstream media, Fauci, FDA and CDC propaganda about COVID-19, mRNA injections, etc. as indisputable fact on Wikipedia.
His November 23, 2020 tweet set the tone for what was to come. Dr. Heilman compared “COVID denialism” to Flat Earthers, Holocaust deniers and “vaccine denialism.”
Man loves his shots and masks
It’s unclear when exactly Mr. Heilman received his first two injections. But he received Moderna for the first two, and a Pfizer booster sometime in November 2021.
By January 1, 2022, he was already planning on a fourth injection.
And sure enough, he received a fourth injection on or around February 5. He wanted the fourth shot so bad, that he traveled to another country since Canada did not allow fourth shots at the time. Dr. Heilman is also open to receiving a fifth injection.
Soon thereafter, Dr. Heilman said the non-vaccinated and non-masked are pro-Putin.
He also made clear that he loves vaccine mandates.
Dr. Heilman then admitted that all of the doctors who got COVID in this department at the university in February were triple vaxxed. But according to him, the vaccines work well because said doctors were only sick for a week.
A week later, on March 7, Dr. Heilman recommended to an apparent hypochondriac woman living in fear to get four injections, and wear masks and goggles at all times.
Positive COVID test and disappearance
Dr. Heilman reported that his wife tested positive for so-called COVID-19 on April 15, despite being triple-vaxxed. He also posted a photo of himself at home wearing a mask and goggles because of his wife’s positive test. He was also thankful for being quadruple vaxxed.
Two days later, on April 17, he bragged about being the lone masked person, plus wearing goggles, while shopping for his sick wife.
The next day, April 18, Dr. Heilman said he’s been sick himself for several days. But he praised the effectiveness of N95 masks.
Dr. Heilman tweeted on April 22 that he’d now been sick for six days. He wondered why and how that could be since he was quadruple-vaccinated.
Dr. Heilman is a serial re-tweeter, with most of said re-tweets being about Ukraine and vaccines. He tweeted 1,447 times in February and 1,442 in March, or about 50 tweets per day. He had a normal day of highly-active tweeting on April 25. But then he did not tweet or re-tweet again for 10 days. Dr. Heilman posted two re-tweets on May 5, which are his only two tweets thus far in May. Dr. Heilman has averaged 166 tweets per day since starting his account in October 2012. His absence is very unusual.

Is this guy even real?
Several Twitter users responded to Dr. Heilman’s tweets, accusing him of being a bot. The prevailing theme is that there’s no way someone can be that delusional, with pronouns in his profile, loving masks, goggles, injections, etc. Granted Dr. Heilman is perhaps a top 2 or 3 irrational vaxx and mask zealot ever covered on The COVID Blog™. But he’s far from unique. Ms. Cheryl Hynes and Ms. Tracy Spicer come to mind immediately as special characters in their own rights. Dr. Heilman presents a different type of zealot.
“Everything in moderation” is the mantra of many free spirits. It’s okay to eat a bacon cheeseburger once per week as part of a healthy overall diet. One glass of wine per day is considered healthy because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and heart benefits. Two glasses per day isn’t the end of the world. Three per day means you’re an alcoholic. Again, everything in moderation. The mRNA and viral vector DNA injections are obviously administered with needles. And that poses a problem.
There aren’t many formal scientific studies on needle addiction. But there are many anecdotal accounts from recovering heroin addicts that suggest the needle itself is a big part of the overall addiction. At least one psychologist suggested that people with numerous tattoos get them because they enjoy the pain from the skin-penetrating needles. Dr. Heilman was ready for his fifth, sixth and tenth injections if Canada allows it. Physical dependence on the mRNA shots appears to be real. But don’t expect mass mRNA rehab clinics to start popping up in your hometown.

The fact that this guy was a leader in Wikipedia just says SO much…
Glad I still have a set of encyclopedias from the 60s still in my possession. The last president listed was John F. Kennedy. That seems about right. All the lies, coverups, and fake elections (selections is more like it) , fake news, all came after his life was snuffed out. So, as far as I’m concerned I’m fairly well informed. I have also noticed the bias in some of Wikipedia’s articles.

One of the biggest problems is most physicians in the U.S. are now simply health system employees who follow orders… or else! In my area, out of numerous physicians, only one is self-employed. Further, they are threatened with sanctions from licensing bodies if they dare stray from the official narrative (‘misinformation’).

No formal education necessary to understand that these abominations can and will kill in more ways than there are stars in the sky. A basic knowledge of cellular biology + immune system function is quite enough. Problem is, doctors do not know much about the human body at a cellular level. Many of the good ones are scrambling to learn, for example Dr. Ryan Cole stated that the intracellular protein bits put on the cell membrane will activate Natural Killer Cells. That is wrong, it is Killer T Cells which respond to the protein bits. NKCs do the opposite, and attack cells which do not present any protein bit (because they have been compromised). Slip of the tongue? Impossible, if that was a fact known to him for years.

I keep this article in my “stack of stuff” and I parade it out every now and then to make a point.

Honestly, I think part of it is that these families are all professionals, pushing to catch that “Brass Ring” & be No. 1, but they didn’t take time to look over & consider what they were getting into exactly!!.. Maybe there is “something” in these “vaccines” what makes them totally addicted from them? I also know a few people who were looking for any opportunity to get their third shot – so called booster. My brother is one of them.

I often see people like this doctor. They’re walking alone down a deserted suburban street on a breezy day, or they’re riding alone in a car, and they’re completely masked up. Might even wear rubber gloves as well plus a face shield. Times like these reveal to us that a lot of people are, as Brits would say, “bloody loons.” There are many more of them than I would have imagined.
It’s quite normal in Ireland. This is a reality here. Many masked people in their own cars sitting alone or with a member of their family. Not possible to understand it. It’s so sad.

There is some “Comedy Gold” here, but sad to lose anyone with that potential. We need ER Doctors. I have found that ER Drs. tend to greatly favor traditional, reactive medicine, so they fall right in line with these heavy-handed vaccines.

A friend just returned from his winter home, and as we spoke on the phone I was shocked to learn he got the booster. I had thought he regretted getting two Moderna last summer. Immediately after the booster he got Covid, but he proudly said the booster had saved his life. This looks like the end of a great friendship. He is truely a nice guy, and has been a wonderful friend…but only because we have agreed to disagree. I don’t see how we can go hiking togeter with this elephant in the room. He said he was sick again, and sounded terrible. I don’t think as an elderly person, he will be around much longer.

I agree completely. I could not bring myself to commune with anyone with that mindset, even if it was the only difference I had with the person, which it would very likely not be.
I also feel differently about family and friends who got the shot. My husband and I joke with each other saying “It’s you and me against the world.” We feel very alone, and I know that others think we are nuts.

Here in Ontario, Canada there are no concerns regarding who has had what… in fact, nobody has a clue. The person next to you on the subway might have taken three or four injections – or none. Whatever. We don’t care; don’t want to know. I mean it’s not like everyone is wearing armbands heheh…
Reminds me of The Troubles (in Northern Ireland). In Ontario you could live next door to Catholics or Protestants or ? for twenty years, and never even know. Or care!
But this whole business of “they’re injected, they’re okay” vs. “they are unjabbed, shun them” is not happening in my hometown, and for me personally is not any kind of a worry at all.
The vaxed are dangerous shedders of spike proteins. After he was vaxed last summer, we went on one hike, but it was uncomfortable trying to remain a “safe” distance, and irritating as hell when he kept spouting off about how we all needed to get vaxed for the common good. It’s just not worth it anymore. I value my health and peace of mind, too much.
All these people who got the shots and boosters lack any critical thinking skills or common sense. Because so many blindly lined up for the Covid shots without question or protest is why we have mandates for employment, college, organ transplants, etc. If more people refused the shots, these mandates would not have been enacted. Quite honestly, I’m angry and I’ve lost respect for those I warned but who got the shot anyway. While I still interact with them and treat them kindly, my relationship with them is damaged beyond repair.

I’m a mid 40’s Gen X woman, not healthy (couple of autoimmune issues and overweight as a result), and resolutely unjabbed
My two sons who live with me are both unjabbed, the eldest is verging on medically underweight and has brittle asthma, yet all three of us threw it off within 5 days of just feeling ‘meh’ – to be frank I’ve had worse hangovers and DEFINITELY worse bouts of flu
The irony being we got it off my double-jabbed mother who had symptoms probably slightly worse than ours and hers lasted longer
Luckily she’s not a jab-zealot, she isn’t even sure why she caved in but her assessment after seeing how we fared (and my unjabbed Aunt who literally only had a headache for half a day) was “I don’t think the jabs seem to do anything at all”
How I wish she was completely right! You made the right decision to skip the jab. I keep hearing about the vax injured in my circle too and there have been several deaths. For yourself, please see a good functional medicine doctor for autoimmune issues and also try to go keto or paleo to clear them up. Worked for me. Rosacea is gone, comes from liver toxicity. Also lost 50 pounds in short order and I’m low thyroid, as it was removed 12 years ago. You can be healthy again. Oh, Im 64, so its never too late.

Just wearing a mask over long periods will damage the brain – especially in the young with higher metabolic rates. This fool never seems to take it off, so the effects will be more severe. If forced to wear one of those monstrosities, pull just below the nose. Then always breath in through the nose, and mostly out through the nose.

Ridiculous, obviously he is seriously damaged mentally. I saw these people: last time in a plane, they were like this: with googles, two masks each. A couple, they stayed stressed and didn’t moved the whole 5 hours! Didn’t drinked anything, didn’t went to the bathroom. They either didnt eat/drink for a while before or they had adult dipers maybe.
In their late 30’s, wealthy with fancy clothes, watches etc. They were across our seats. We stayed most of the time without a mask on – it was mandated in planes at that time, but as we were a big group, we talked, laugh, walk in between our seats in different lines and I watched the two as I couldn’t believe my eyes!!!
What on earth these people think, this is life? I didn’t had covid, took vitamins, drink plenty of beers /others along the pandemic, walked a lot, didn’t dezinfect all the time (like almost never, but washed my hands as before the pandemic) and live happy – ok as happy as you can be with the pandemic hoax.
And seeing the two of them in that stress and with all that gear: I had to refrain myself to tell them that they should cover the ears as well, to put some headphones or something to be sure nothing gets to them.
Part of me was sorry for them, part of me not, as they looked at us with constraint, with much superiority but also scared. Crazy people.

Myself and immediate family (including sisters + parents in 70s) are all unvaxxed, never worn a mask or taken any other precautions and none of us have caught CVID. I was on a huge cruise ship in March 2020, have flown many times and traveled to many different states over the past two years. Never caught anything.

Twitter may be out of business soon. As Elon Musk is discovering, much more than 5% of their accounts are fake, maybe as many as 20% or even more which would mean they lied to the Securities and Exchange Commission and would be in big trouble. It is quite possible that his Heilman account too is a fake. “He” seems to be doing little other than “tweet”.
James is my cousin he is real and is an incredibly intelligent and driven fellow who understands what he is talking about. He likely has more medical knowledge in his pinky than the entirety of the the people who will read this nonsense article.
If he’s your cousin, how is he doing? Super-healthy, or still really sick? Because my doctor, who is also “incredibly intelligent” refuses to acknowledge that some (many?) people are getting sick from the mRNA injections and is trying to get me to take a drug that is Emergency Use Authorization and has not been fully tested by FDA vaccine standards and protocols.

You’re right. You should encourage your cousin to wear more masks and goggles so he can do his part to protect society. I read recently that the CDC warned against inhaling oxygen, as it may cause blood flow and proper circulation. So make sure he continues following their protocol.
