MUMBAI — We wrote a few weeks ago about India adding Ivermectin to its COVID-19 mitigation protocols. It resulted in dramatic drops in cases and deaths. All the while, World Health Organization (WHO) Chief Scientist and India native Dr. Soumya Swaminathan used her platform to spread disinformation about Ivermectin. Her May 10 tweet implied that Ivermectin was neither safe nor effective as a COVID-19 treatment.
Now the India Bar Association (IBA) is taking action.
The organization commenced legal action against Dr. Swaminathan by serving her a scathing 51-page notice on May 25. The notice accuses Dr. Swaminathan of “spreading disinformation and misguiding the people of India, in order to fulfill her agenda.” A press release from the India Bar Association says Dr. Swaminathan “ignored studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin.”
The India Bar Association did not pull any punches in their legal arguments. They compiled mountains of evidence not only reinforcing the effectiveness of Ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment, but also of Dr. Swaminathan persistent disinformation campaigns.
Treasure-trove of truth
IBA cites several interviews and press conferences to back their claims of disinformation campaigns. Dr. Swaminathan is quoted in an interview with the YouTube channel Mojo Story on May 16, 2021 as saying, among other things, “the evidence does not support [the use of Ivermectin], you know, on a wide scale for people infected with SARS CoV-2.” IBA points out that Ivermectin has been around since 1975, is listed as an essential medicine by the WHO, and that the discoverers won a Nobel Prize.
The organization also makes clear that the Merck patent for Ivermectin expired in 1996. Thus the drug is cheap and easily available. Dr. Swaminathan is also accused of ignoring the medical ethics and principles that she took an oath to uphold. The best part of the press release is the ending:
IBA has observed that the content of several web links to news articles/reports included in the notice served upon Dr. Soumya on May 25, 2021, which was visible before issuing the notice, has either been removed or deleted now.
IBA had anticipated this and therefore we have downloaded soft copies of these news articles before issuing the legal notice. It is ludicrous on part of the forces resorting to such cowardly acts, for they do not know that they are providing very strong evidence of their desperate attempt at blocking information/news regarding Ivermectin.
IBA said, “the credibility and integrity of WHO has been severely eroded and continues to wane with each passing day due to its miserable failure in handling the pandemic.”

Day of reckoning for COVID cabal?
The vice is tightening around COVID bureaucrats. Fauci’s emails are now public for anyone to see. Melinda Gates is divorcing Bill Gates because somehow she’s just now finding out that Bill was BFF’s with Jeffrey Epstein.
This blogger wrote on another platform back in March 2020 that the novel coronavirus was created in a lab and posted the photo of Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein that is now making the rounds. All the conspiracy theorist and tin-foil hat insults later, Fauci’s emails and Gates’ divorce confirm it all.
Further, there is now a “COVID-19 Commission” that is “analyzing data on all of the theories put forward on the origins of COVID.” It is headed by Dr. Peter Daszak, the guy who thanked Fauci for saying the novel coronavirus came from bats and not from the Wuhan lab. He is also President of EcoHealth Alliance, the company that funneled $3.4 million of National Institutes of Health money to the Wuhan lab.
The United Kingdom is now leaning towards ditching the whole “vaccine passport” idea because, well, it was never going to work in the first place. India opposed vaccine passports at a recent G7 summit. Even Las Vegas, in a state with a liberal Democrat governor, is now free and open without masks and other COVID mandates.
Government and media will continue pushing the experimental shots. But only gullible, obsequious types are getting jabbed. Unfortunately that is a majority of Americans and people around the world. We’ll be covering their deaths and disfigurements for the foreseeable future. As for critical thinkers, stay vigilant and protect your friend and loved ones.

India needs to make an example of this evil snake, perhaps more jurisdictions will acquire some guts to do the same.
Sadly I don’t feel hopeful … history is jam packed with leftist governments brutally murdering their own citizens.
If the WHO is a corporation, suing corporate officers for their personal assets should be looked at. Proving an officer as guilty of fraud or negligence, as far as I know, and I’m not a lawyer, should be all it takes, if a just court can be found.
