CINCINNATI — The Food and Drug Administration and Centers For Disease Control recommended pausing administration of the experimental Johnson & Johnson viral vector shots on Monday. Unfortunately the shots claimed another victim 24 hours earlier.
Mr. John Francis Foley was a National Honor Society pre-med student at the University of Cincinnati. He made the Dean’s List every semester and volunteered for several organizations in his free time. Many colleges and universities are mandating experimental COVID-19 shots for all students in the Fall 2021 semester, despite many legal grey areas.
The University of Cincinnati, for now, is not mandating experimental shots this upcoming fall semester. But we saw Rutgers University make a complete about-face on this issue. The university announced on January 25 it would not mandate mandatory experimental shots. Exactly two months later, the university changed its policy and mandated experimental shots for all students, but not faculty.
Tragic death
Mr. John Francis Foley voluntarily received the experimental Johnson & Johnson viral vector shot on Saturday morning, April 10 – two days before the CDC/FDA pause. He felt ill that evening, according to accounts on Facebook. The 21-year-old college junior went to sleep, hoping he’d feel better after a good night’s rest. But he never woke up.
Young Mr. Foley died peacefully in his sleep that night, according to his mother, Mary Beth Foley.
Jennifer Snyder Benedict, mother of John’s friend Maddie Benedict, also announced his death and J&J shot on Facebook. Mr. Foley’s death was also confirmed by his aunt.
Crisis communications attorney Mark R. Weaver released a statement on behalf of the family.
Mr. Foley wanted to be a doctor. Thus the family is encouraging people to “be patient” while awaiting the autopsy. Despite Mr. Foley dying less than 24 hours after the now-paused experimental J&J shot, it’s inevitable that the official cause of death will not even mention the shot. Some fancy medical term nobody has ever heard of will be the cause of death for a healthy 21-year-old college student who had a 99.997% chance of surviving COVID-19 without the shot.
The wake and funeral will be livestreamed this tomorrow and Friday. The family said people can pay tribute by donating to the St. Charles Preparatory School in the name of the John Francis Foley Scholarship Fund.
CDC and FDA liability?
We know that the United States provides two layers of immunity for so-called “vaccine makers.” Granted the CDC is the de-facto marketing arm for Pfizer, Merck and most other pharmaceutical companies. But the agency is not immune from lawsuits. Mr. Foley would be alive today had the CDC and FDA acted faster and with due diligence.
Three states paused administration of the Johnson & Johnson shots last week due to blood clots and other adverse effects. Further we’ve covered at least three deaths shortly after Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) experimental shots: 63-year-old Beth Ellington, 25-year-old Desirée Penrod, and 32-year-old Benjamin Goodman.
There was more than enough data for the CDC and FDA to take these lethal injections off the market. Unfortunately truth and common sense are now dismissed as “misinformation” and “conspiracy theory.” Plus a lawsuit versus the CDC would face another hurdle – Mr. Foley volunteered for the shot.

My school (Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ) has now mandated these innocculations for students (not faculty and staff) without the option of online school. Pathetic. And to think it’s my senior year upcoming…truly been robbed of my college experience but college is a bunch of bullshit anyway, all brainwashing and making us good little slaves. Acting like they care about our health with their God-awful food.

I have a suspicion this is telling your blood cells to grow the CV spikes, which is what they admitted it’s designed to do, amd then the bumpy blood cells stick together and clot. Thus causing strokes and heart attacks
That’s how mRNA works, but J&J is not an mRNA vaccine. J&J introduces spike proteins attached to adenovirus, eliciting an immune response. Maybe 1 in a million too strongly?
Also generating prions which involve erroneous protein folding and creating encephalopathy in the brain. I.e. the human version of mad cow disease.
We are having unexplained reports of mad-cow disease showing up everywhere.
Why would you use an experimental drug on young people that hardly ever gets the virus and if they did would easily survive?

Black Eagle, a lot of college students now are mandated to get the shot by the administration. They don’t have a choice if they want to go (unless they obtain a fake). This is where we are now. There is no choice if you want to participate in society and “live normally”. School is all about indoctrination, not education.

This kind of unreported journalism is soooooo frustrating. That I have to find out about the truth about the ‘so-called’ vaccine through the grapevine. I am under the awesome suspicion that this COVID-vaccine (( which it isn’t, it’s a DNA changer in a persons body )), is an attempt by ‘The Globalists’; to control the population. And then you look at and listen to Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche; according to him once a person has taken or received the COVID vaccine – there’s no going back – there is no way to get that ‘so-called’ vaccine out of your system. Think about the number of millions of people throughout the world that have gotten ”the shot” and how many millions more are lining up across the country and the globe to extend their arm and receive the – ”most deadly potent injection”’- on the face of the earth. Dr. Bossche considers the COVID vaccine so potent and deadly that he is making sure that his own kids don’t come any where near the COVID vaccine, for to him, it is that deadly.
Hamilton County Coroner says John Foley’s death was not caused by the CoVax he received a day before.
The autopsy shows the 21-year-old died from acute heart failure, calling it natural causes.?
